I wonder how many teams that had player lead workouts during the stike/lockout have had season ending injuries. I know the migets didn't have good attendance. That could have something todo with it.

I have to agree Okie. We have been down this road before with looking at an injury plagued intradivisional rival(mostly the Gmen to date) and we still lose. I think this is way beyond bad for the Gmen though, but if we don't have our own A game ready, we might get burnt.

The Giants game week one will be a great one, now that we weren't expected to be that good, but have gotten better, and they had a loaded team which just lost their starting CB, DT, and DE. Add to that their most reliable 3rd down receiver, and their starting TE, we now have their Run Stuffing DT, and they don't have a good LBing core, and have a reshuffled OLine, I think it should be a good close game.

Same here. It seems that every year the Giants go through a phase when it seems that all is lost for them and that Coughlin's job is on the line, etc., etc., etc., and all of the sudden they pull a playoff run out of nowhere.

True. Although lately the Giants seem to be the victims of freak injuries that cost them a lot of key players.
