ASHBURN, Va. -- The duel between the kicking Grahams lasted all of one preseason game.
The Washington Redskins (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/wsh/washington-redskins) on Sunday cut Shayne Graham (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/3504/shayne-graham), leaving incumbent Graham Gano (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/12460/graham-gano) as lone remaining kicker at training camp.
Graham is the third most accurate kicker in NFL history, but he shanked a 29-yard field goal attempt and also missed a 49-yarder in Friday's win over Pittsburgh. He had also struggled in practice leading up to the game.
Gano ranked last in the NFL in field goal accuracy last year, but he was 3 for 3 against the Steelers.
With three preseason games remaining, the Redskins have plenty of time to bring in another challenger to Gano.
