Got hops?

I use 10 ounces on the regular. If you add them later you get more flavor and less bitter.

That's really cool. My brother used to do it and it seems like a too time consuming hobby for me. Plus I like instantaneous results/ payoff.

I have been thinking about chocolatiering for a while now. Maybe ill see if I can grow some cocoa beans during the summer around here.
