The 6th? I don't think he's buried that far. By all accounts he's been the most pleasant surprise of the WRs so far during camp.
By reports you could argue him as the 5th true WR but that doesn't include what we and the media don't see/pick up on.

I hate Stallworth on this team. 3 catches last year and nothing special with a loaded Pats team two years before that. Now he's going to possibly result in us cutting a promising young receiver just so we can repeat the Joey Galloway experiment.

Doubt he even makes the team unless he plays his ass off in these games or someone gets hurt.

As Keim says do you keep him as a #5 who doesn't even play ST? Doubt it.

I'll probably miss the game because my TV has obstructed viewing. If I can see the game I'm more interested to see what the O can do more then the D. I love to see our line play tough against their starters and see us move the ball on them. Also interested to see what Rex and Beck can do.

I can't seem to figure out if Kerrigan is playing tonight or not, anyone know?

I heard that not only is he going to play, but that he's going to play quite a bit. He needs reps big time, particularly from a pass coverage standpoint.

Speaking of. We need to get a Preseason Hero thread going. Who will be this year's Marko Mitchell?

I think tonite in the 4th quarter someone will emerge as the leader. isnt there an undrafted CB playing well in camp?

I don't get what is with all the Beck hate. We know what we have with Rex and it's not all terrible, but beck could have some real potential. I for one want to see if he has anything to offer. We all know we're gonna draft a qb next year, but hopefully we won't have to throw our rookie qb into the fire too soon.

From what I've seen of Beck so far in his career I haven't been overly impressed. That said, I hope he proves me wrong if he's the starter

I just hope our rookies can contribute and lay the foundation of a playoff squad for years to come. I think the additions on defense alone should win us a few more games than last year. I didn't see any word on Kerrigan, is playing tonight?

High hopes for a guy who's likely battling for the #6 spot

? He's definately #5 at minimum:

1. Moss
2. Gaffnery
3. Armstrong
4. Hankerson
5. Paul

Neither Banks, Austin, or Stallworth have a snowballs chance in hell of making the roster unless we carry 6 receivers.
