The System is what makes them good not the players I still maintain that the reasons Vinny failed using this strategy is in the two years he had complete control he didn't have a quality coaching staff and he didn't have a core or players. The only real starters that the Eagles are adding is an elite corner that has no work ethic problems, a quality Right Tackle to protect Vicks blindside, and a Defensive Tackle. Everyone else is either just a temporary starter until someone else gets better (Jason Babin for Brandon Grahm) or a great backup option (See Ronnie Brown, Vince Young).
