Given 90-man rosters, there will be more cuts than ever in the next few weeks. And given the short window to evaluate rookies, more of them may be keeping jobs just on speculation, potentially leading to more veteran cuts than ever. The Jets were at the point with Gholston where they were converting to a fulltime DE in their system. Maybin at 228 or whatever he is would solely play as an OLB. I think I'd prefer to just go with what we got and let the season play out. Do exactly what we did this year, in next yrs draft by doubling our draft picks. Then we can get a QB and CB if what we got does not pan out.
