No, actually that is the only person the Eagles haven't signed.

For anyone curious, word I've heard out of Eagles camp is that Vince Young is really struggling...while in Houston Matt Leinart is dominating

Straight up trade: John Beck for Matt Leinart? Trading a back up for a franchise quarterback?

And by franchise quarterback I mean John Beck.

The Iggles strangely have done little with their OL other than signing Harris. They need help up front. The best WR's in the world don't matter when Vick is in a cast and Young is on his back.

I refuse to buy the Iggles' hype even with this signing.

Man I hope you're right. So in other words you think they're following the Vinny Cerrato Official Method of Team Building: Get skill position players first and neglect the offensive line until it ends up costing you big time.

No no. I didn't neglect the offensive line. I drafted Chris Samuels in 2000. And people don't realize this but Malcolm Kelly was an underrated blocker coming out of college.

There are at least a few people who say the Eagles have serious holes in key areas to really do much damage...I'd like to think they're right

I'd take Beck and Gross over Leinart

All I can think of is Linebacker. Which would be great if they didn't have such a high powered offense. Doesn't matter how much you can run the ball when you're down 28-14 in the fourth quarter unless you have someone like Chris Johnson that can hit a home run.

On the flip side though if someone shuts down Vick and then runs the ball all over the Eagles D, then they'll be as useful as a turtle on its back. Or you could get into a shoot out and hope like hell to come out on top. I'm thinking the second method will be more popular.

Yeah but Young has been learning that offense for like what, a week? Leinart has been in his system for a year. Hopefully it all goes back to good things for teams that give QB's at least a year to learn a system.

Chris Samuels is missed by a lot of Redskins fans!
