Surprised by this signing did not see us adding someone of his caliber. I dont like giving up any draft picks but at least we got a productive young player for an older player and a pick

Why did they draft all those RBs and WRs in the draft again? Looks like they should've targeted some OL and maybe [gasp] a QB!? Can't confirm this so don't read into it too much, but I think Beck's rating will be around a 67 in this year's Madden. Enjoy. I'm excited to see the changes they've made to franchise mode, although I'm not happy they weren't able to implement a rookie scale. It'll be interesting to see if in franchise mode it's not about putting the top rated player on the field anymore. well, back when they still had a pc version (08?) you could cut all your draft picks (not sign them) and then get them the first day of FA at stupid stupid low prices (like 70% off), or switch their position and then sign them long term before switching them back... I never took advantage of that, although I used to take advantage every year of turning the trade deadline off and then trading my picks for a horrible teams' picks at the end of the year so I could draft whoever I wanted. | |
