He makes plays and gives up plays. It's the nature of how he is. On a good day he can seriously impact games in a positive way for us (Dallas and Chicago last year) and on a bad day he can give up big plays (that Manningham td in Week 17 last year). He's not horrible but he's not great. But does he deserve a starting role? I believe so, because his good and bad plays balance each other out. Mike can swallow his pride.. IMO Beck will not be crisp enough to beat out Rex. The big question is if Beck does poorly if preseason.. does shabby swallow his pride? Does gettin set his ego aside? Will the best qb REALLY win the job? That my friends... is what I am watching the most in this coming month. Funny that Bowen said the decision to sign Cofield made his decision to come here a little easier. Two good moves by the Skins. I saw that too.
