Hey just wanted to say welcome to the board. Your signature alone has already scored points with me. ;)

Hey nothing wrong with ES. I post there all the time under the names OldFan, VeryOldSenileFan, Om, LavarLeap56, and TK :) Not to mention like 473 other user names. I'm personally responsible for 95% of the flame wars on ES mainly because most of them are me fighting with myself.

I don't always post on ES but when I do have multiple personalities.

Classic, I don't know if you're aware of this guy Tucker Max -- basically, he used to study law and for one of his summer associate jobs, he found out that the firm he would work for was paying like 300 or something less a week than the standard. He went on this forum where law students post salaries and had a flame war against the firm using various pseudo-usernames and got the firm to change the salary.

Just to prevent any confusion with the one or two people that may come across my joke of a post, I don't actually have a bunch of SN's on ES. I have one (Dirtbag59) from 2005 or 2006 that is probably deactivated by now and has a whopping 0 post. And ironically I actually kind of like ES. Only problem is they have WAY to many trolls over there, so you have to sort through way to much crap to get to the good stuff.

That is pretty funny though about Tucker Max.

I'm on ES too, and I have somewhere in the area of 350 posts, although I haven't posted there in a few years. Their color scheme hurts my eyes, I hate the dark background, compounded by the big signatures and all the colors going on there. Not going to say anything bad about the forum members, just that it isn't my cup of tea.

well you can greasemonkey a new color scheme onto ES and that problem will go away. good luck feeding the trolls though.

I could but it'd still be missing the intelligent discussion I get here.

Tucker exaggerates more than Mark Twain and is 3 times the douchebag

lol, probably ... but his stories are hilarious. I don't really care if they are true, as long as they make me laugh. On the douchebag front, no argument from me, the guy is a piece of s*** and I would never be friends with him but again, doesn't keep his stories from being funny

For a second there I thought you were talking about Ross Tucker. lol. Still yeah, I agree, Tucker Max is basically a waste of life with exaggerated stories. I guess if you take them as exaggerated true stories it's great but if you take it word for word it's pretty foolish.

So apparently Beck has been up and down since Saturday.

It seems that Saturday he was struggling with deep throws:
John Beck’s Saturday practice - DC Sports Bog - The Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/dc-sports-bog/post/john-becks-saturday-practice/2011/07/31/gIQApL8hmI_blog.html#comments)

Today he seemed to do better:
"Chris Russell
Beck looks his best this am, while back peddling to his left. Just hooked up with @HankTime85 on nice throw & Niles earlier best sideline."

But then this happened...
"Chris Russell
Beck just threw 2 picks to DHall in 7-on-7 work, one long & one short. #Redskins . Also had a wild overthrow of Gaffney."
