That depth chart can't be completely accurate. They don't have Fred Davis or Reed Doughty listed. Has Horton starting at Safety(even if LL is injured)?...lol
It's not a depth chart. It's a list of the Most common groupings of first and second team offenses as observed in practices.

Yeah, basically. Just the groups of players that are taking the field and taking reps in 11 on 11.

I talked to a couple of guys at camp, and maybe others here who went can confirm or deny, but they say in person he doesn't look even remotely as "healthy" as the pictures online seem to indicate

With Heyer having departed to Oakland and our young depth not exactly proving they're ready, a veteran like Locklear is probably a need. He's played a little guard, but most importantly, he can back-up the tackle position where both Williams and Brown were slowed by injury last year. His versatility will be tested.

Good for him. I mean, not good that he got released. But he had little to no shot of making it so good that it happened now and he's got a chance to move on to somewhere else
