But that'd be mocking us. I'd rather mock the Cowboys for the Roy Williams trade that actually happened.

True. Maybe I should have said two fists.

seriously? kind of hope he stays - we didn't get Nnamdi or DRC so CB corps could be pretty thin if he leaves.

I agree, the ONLY thing Rogers does bad is drop INTs. But covers well, tackles well, deflects passes, dude would be a Pro-Bowler if he caught 50% of the balls he dropped. Dropped INTS is the ONLY flaw in his game. We can do a lot worse...

That is a HUGE flaw, and he bites on double moves.

I'd rather have Antonio Cromartie, unless he already signed.

jets are going to get him... most likely, unless he feels disrepected to the point of leaving.

He used to get hit by this often, but he's improved that part of his game over the past couple years. Every CB, to a certain extent, bites on double moves. He's much better than Hall in this respect.

I don't feel like dropping INTs is nearly as big of a flaw as others. Do I wish he'd catch the ball? Absolutely. However, we need someone opposite Hall that requires less babysitting so we can roll more coverage to Hall. Hall is a gambler, which has its advantages and disadvantages.

I agree completely. We'll see how Josh Wilson does, as I don't know a whole ton about him.. but I do think Carlos is a big hole. Given my chance between Hall & Rogers, I'd normally take Rogers. Hall provides you the big play which our defense really didn't have too much of before he got there, but I think Rogers was a really good corner and will be successful wherever he goes. I think Rogers wrap for dropping INT's in a bit overblown. He's just missed 2-3 in HUGE spots (that playoff game in Seattle could have won that game, and he had another one against Pittsburgh in 2008 when we were still 6-2), so I think that really hurts the overall perception of that.

Either way, he didnt want to be back here either, so I am not going to be upset with the team for not resigning him.

From a bad situation to a worst one in Carolina. Not sure why Los would do that to himself. Money has to be rout to even consider such a move.
