Funny because I've never assumed it was a given Rogers would be gone. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in Burgundy and Gold this year.
Well he'd like to be gone, but he thought he'd get big bucks. Hasn't transpired yet, so he may have no choice but to walk back to Redskins Park.
Meanwhile, no Kuhn for Scud. Nice job by the Packers locking up him and James Jones

Vinny, look who is talking giving away 3rd pick? .no waythe 5rd from new england
?if I recall dixon won gaves last yr. Ohh I forgot all u guys love rexy! Must be because of the name . Cause hes horrible
Reread what I said. I said I'm against trading picks (including any for Orton), but I'd rather trade a 3rd rounder for Orton than a 5th for Dixon given the option between the two.
I don't love Rexy, but he is what he have available to us at this point. I'm willing to bet you anything...scratch that, make it everything I own that says Rex would beat Dixon in a head on head competition. Rex has 2 years of experience in this system, Dixon would have 0. My guess is you probably thought McNabb was better than Rexy, but he proved some doubters wrong this past year. Rex is no more than a band-aid at the QB position until we can draft somebody to groom.

Really? Care to explain? He's done more than John Beck who hasn't thrown a pass in 4 seasons. He showed some flashes while playing when Big Ben was suspended. He's super athletic and has a big arm, and good size at 6-3 210. We're bereft of talent at QB. Worth a 5th rounder? For sure.
Apparently you don't know how I feel about the "Athlete first" type of QB. I'd rather have a intelligent QB with less mobility than a super athlete that has problems reading defenses and making decisions.

Clearly we want him cause he is signed. Even if he cant be on the field help beck out,but thats not the case. I would put money on it that dixon would do anything better than rex. so whats the dif between dixon and beck? dixon would be our best option ,if we didnt have to give up alot, 3rd for orton would be a bad idea. As for mcnabb he wasnt even givin a chance.

Rumors heating up Re: Edwards 1 yr deal w/Skins. Per John Clayton. Speculation though.
Just to clarify, this is Clayton speculating this is what Edwards should take, not what he's been offered by the Skins.
