Thought it might be good to start a fresh thread with the latest details. Official announcement expected later today.

The big news for us, assuming nothing changes last minute, is we can sign our rookies and UDFA starting tomorrow. We can also start talking with free agents, any free agents. But no signings before Friday. And training camp for us starts either Thursday or Friday. Most are saying Thursday, have heard some say Friday though
