To join, get the commissioner to increase the maximum number of teams, or remove teams that will not be returning. Yahoo is doing something new this year. When I renewed the league, I sent out invitations to everyone who was in last year. Yahoo automatically locks in all of the teams the invites were sent to so you have to go in and delete the teams that haen't re-joined. Kinda confusing...
