Report claims Redskins won't cut HaynesworthAlvin Walton 07-07-2011, 06:07 PM Meh.......we new this months ago. NLC1054 07-07-2011, 06:38 PM It'll just be national media that'll jump down Mike's throat if they don't move him. And it won't be a distraction that would get asked about endlessly. So you have to weigh the potential headache of Haynesworth the team distraction versus not letting the ****head get his way. I mean everything he's done in the past year has been, in essense, to get traded or cut. Why give him what he wants, especially when he's been a ginormous douchenozzle? Part of me just wants him gone, the other part of me just wants him to rot and let his trade value shrivel up for another year. Defensewins 07-07-2011, 06:52 PM Look at that Turtle go...Bro! This off season is like a tooth ache. It is like Athlete's Foot....very irritating. NLC1054 07-07-2011, 06:53 PM Can we PLEASE have football now!? CultBrennan59 07-07-2011, 06:57 PM we should trade him to anyone..even philly Dirtbag59 07-07-2011, 07:43 PM ESPN released an article the other day that said since 2008 Haynesworth has constantly been one of the 5 best DT's in the game, when he was on the field. Study: Haynesworth still a top-three DT - NFC East Blog - ESPN (http://espn.go.com/blog/nfceast/post/_/id/28133/study-haynesworth-still-a-top-three-dt) Fair to say things haven’t gone exactly to plan in Washington for the former Titan. Staggeringly though, when he’s been on the field he continues to be as good a DT as there is out there (even though he may be as scrutinized a defensive player as there is). Despite the pretty low sack totals in Washington, in his first year there, he was a top five defensive tackle and not that far off his best year. Even last year he generated pressure in the sub package defense. If you can get him playing his best then he’s a bargain whatever the price. musicmaster45 07-07-2011, 08:17 PM Well hopefully that translates into good picks Giantone 07-07-2011, 08:21 PM ESPN released an article the other day that said since 2008 Haynesworth has constantly been one of the 5 best DT's in the game, when he was on the field.
