IMO the guy does not have such a strong arm, so he throws a lot of rainbows which may connect in college but won't in the NFL. In the NFL he will need to throw more ropes rather than rainbows. You know what I actually agree with. He doesn't have a rocket like McNabb or Ryan Mallet. However, he does have a good arm. He can make all of the throws.
