If I'm correct all he did was try to sell Obama's seat to the highest bidder. Is that really a 14yr crime?

Whats the odds he gets pardoned by the guy whos very seat he was trying to sell. If Obama looses next year i would say 50/50. If Obama wins i give it 100%, most likely happening at the very end of his second term.
