He has no chance of winning, and he doesn't need more of an ego boost if he does win, but I voted for him anyway

In the context of that Week 7 game, it made all the difference. In the contrast of Hall's career, it was an extremely random and improbable event that won't be replicated for some time.

It's pretty cool that this performance happened for a Redskins player as opposed to against the Redskins, but ultimately, we're just cherishing randomness, not greatness.
