So tell me First, what is it that "voters" should be outraged over? Specifically? The fact that he talked to a Russian leader or...help me out here.

The fact that he is telling a Russian leader to wait until he does not have to worry about the American voters to work out an arms deal. You just cannot see him doing anything wrong can you. If evrything was so great why does he need to ask them to wait? Its because he knows that the voters might not like waht he is going to do so he wants to wait until after the election.

I guess we all see/hear/read what we want. Personally I saw it as:

Obama: Yo, you know this is an election year and I just can't get a deal of that magnitude done with the current crop of GOP in house. Plus I am not trying to give those mofo more ammunition to attack me as weak on defense. The climate has to be right and right now the situation for getting this thing done is icky but I am sure we'll be able to light that sticky icky icky stuff after the election is over and I've beaten those bamas to a pulp.

Medvedev: I feel ya, I'ma let the homies know wassup.

He didn't say anything about the American voters, you said that. Russia just elected a new president(Vladimir Putin) a month ago and we're having an election in 6-7 months. Would it make sense for President Obama to start negotiating an arms deal with the possibility that Mitt Romney might be president or better still, the make-up of Congress could be different?

So yeah, he was right. Let's wait until after November and see who the players are before we come to the table. Sounds reasonable to me.

He said after the election and who votes in the elections. The voters. So I guess he will also wait on all his other things he wants to do until after the election? What a coward ops leader.

Well if his plan was such a good idea for the American people I'm sure he would use that for his election campaign. Only one reason to hide and agenda and that because it not so great. He sure talks about all the other crap he wants to do which he thinks will get him votes.

Seems there's no convincing you. But let's just remember there's this little thing called Congress. And remember Obama's not the only person running for reelection in November.

Again, was acknowledgement of the reality. He didn't throw anyone under the bus.

And if it was about dodging voters, wouldn't he put ALL legislation on hold?

A little interesting fact, no Republican candidate for office has ever won the presidency without winning the state of Ohio. It's still really early, but the president seems to be opening up a lead there.
