Par for the course with you, a quote/link here, a quote/link there that doesn't address the issue or prove/refute anything, then some name-calling or letting everyone know how much wiser you are than anyone with an opposing view.

yeah thats a trend

Excuse me? How or where have I inferred that I'm wiser than everybody else?

As opposed to linking "facts" that aren't facts nor support anything that a person is arguing?

Something about Huntsman just doesn't sit right with me. Can't put my finger on it. Nothing negative or anything like that, I just want to see how he handles himself on the big stage.

The only thing I can think of is his "yeah, global warming is real but I won't and can't do anything about it" stance. He has all the political and business background, good looks, and "moderation" in his arsenal. Formidable!

I wouldn't pay too much attention to any of these polls - good or bad. If the economy starts to tick up a little, you'll see his numbers jump up again. So it's really just a snapshot of where people are at that particular moment. agree, way too early.

Secondly, I think when the debates really get rolling we'll see how the public feels about Mitt Romney. Bin laden bounce or not, Obama has the advantage on foreign policy and national security. Not sure about an advantage, but at worst case FP & NS are even with the GOP (not necessarily in real experience, but public perception), which is a huge positive for Obama.

I am not going to hunt down all the posts, but lets just say a common thread through many of your "opinion" posts is that people with opinions/values different from yours just don't get "it" and are simply sheep for the slaughter.

Oh wait... I don't have to go hunting at all:

Obama hasn't come through on any of his main campaign promises, and I'll never vote for him based off of his performance. I certainly would never vote for those idiots from the GOP either. Like I said, how people can still vote for the GOP with the state our economy is in proves that people will believe anything.

You, of course, are so much smarter, wiser and clevererer than everyone who votes for the GOP, or who sides with the owners, etc., etc.

You don't mention if you voted for Obama in 2008. Just wanting to clearly understand your response.

Disclaimer: I know nothing about Huntsman other than what 12th wrote and brief Wiki look (Yes, yes, it's worse than cliff notes but I just wanted the sound bite for now).

I am not sure "moderation" cuts it as a galvanizing electoral call. Obviously, it depends on his charisma - if he can get people excited about him and his positions. Again, I know nothing about the man, is he someone who, beyond good looks, can electrify a crowd with his ideas? Lacking this, i just don't see him overcoming the polarizing arguments likely to occur in the primary (can he get enough support from the solid right to win the nomination?)

We all know just how ineffective the rally cry of "Stay Medium!" is.

Here's your annointed one.

YouTube - ‪Obama Claims He's Visited 57 States‬‏ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpGH02DtIws)

I would say most 3rd graders know there are 50 states. And I would assume you voted for Obama...

Sooo.....I guess it's true? Barry O is....not smarter than a third grader?

I've not inferred his policies aren't left enough. I just said I find it ironic that Republicans are bashing Obama, when his policies are nearly identical to that of Bush.

What, he's delivered on a ton of campaign promises. What are you talking about?

Healthcare Reform
Financial Services Reform
DADT
Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA)
Lilly Ledbetter Act (Fair pay act for women)
Umm...he said if had actionable intelligence to kill bin Laden, even if he was hiding in Pakistan, he'd do so without permission.
START treaty w/Russia. Reducing nukes by a third. Huge f*****in deal.

This is just off the top of my head.

A few have slipped through the cracks, but he'll get another bite at the apple.

I, too, noticed his carefully crafted answer and avoidance.

Who cares if he did... that doesn't mean he supports him blindly
