She's crossing over into Palin territory. Her peeps need to pick it up.

But Palin would spin this somehow....she would release a statement the following day stating something like, she would explain "she wish Elvis Happy B-Day cause his death marked the his real birth into the kingdom of heaven. yada yada yada" She toss a bone to the religious right while still appealing to all southerns by name dropping Elvis. Palin would never admitt an error or mistake...if anyone said otherwise she just go Lamestreet media or gotcha question...blah blah blah.

...and Wikipedia would be changed to back up that story as well.

Prison Planet.com » Jon Stewart Destroys Media For Ignoring Ron Paul (http://www.prisonplanet.com/jon-stewart-destroys-media.html)

It's a shame that Ron Paul gets shit on so much by the media and the GOP, but he is by far their best candidate. Listen to Jon Stewarts slam on the media about how they've done Ron Paul.

Hands down the most intelligent person in that group of candidates. He absolutely destroyed them in that debate.

Rumors are swirling that Chris Christie might jump in now. I think they've (the establishment) finally worn him down to reconsider.

With all the crazy flack he is taking for recently appointing a Muslim judge it should be interesting to see him dance.

Looks and reads (http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/08/17/pondering-perrys-electability/) about right to me:

It's simply amazing that if you listen to the right wing noise machine and "polls" beating Obama in 2012 is a slam dunk, but no one wants to go against the guy.

FWIW, Christie is already denying reports that he's conducting focus groups and isn't interested in running.
