They took ample photos of bin Laden, I'm sure they'll be released in coming days. Oh, he's dead!
As long as they have photos and some sort of video evidence, I'm fine with them burying the guy wherever. I think the American public need to see this asshat dead and not just hear about it.

Also, what the **** is this??
Osama bin Laden's body buried at sea - CBS News (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/05/02/501364/main20058795.shtml)
Are you shitting me? Really? So now there is no ****ing proof whatsoever that the man is really dead...lol You know how to can divert the American's attention from the ****ed up politics and shitty budget they want to pass? Just kill a bad guy and wave American flags!!! /facepalm

Seriously WTF, Lesson 101 on how to start a conspiracy theory. Take major wanted man, kill in black ops, and bury body at sea.
I hope that they got absolute clear and distinct proof recorded and maintained. (no lost minutes of tape ala NASA moon landing)

So I just heard that the helicopter carry the SEALS malfunctioned and had to make an emergency landing inside the compound. Not knowing if they had a way out or not, they de-boarded anyway and carried out the mission to kill OBL. Then the back-up helo arrived and they boarded with his body and tons of intel they took from the compound.
Also, the president didn't want to bomb the compound with missle strikes because he wanted proof that OBL was dead and not some mangled, unidentifiable body.
This all sounds like a screenplay.
Of course there will be pics. Does anyone really think they would kill this guy and not take death photos??

I think they want to great lengths (too far in my opinion) to honor the muslim law to bury the dead within 24 hours. And they buried him at sea as not make his grave site a shrine or pilgrimage of sorts.

Truthfully, I wouldn't put anything past our government. Does "they have weapons of mass destruction" ring a bell? I hear we are still looking for them, as is OJ for his wife's real killer.

Well the last thing you need is a shrine to Bin Laden and I'm sure no country wanted Bin Laden buried within their borders.
Al Qaeda would be quick to claim that Bin Laden is still alive if that was the case.

The problem with pics is that the conspiracy theorists will inevitably claim they are doctored. Most sane people will accept them on face value, and move on. It just will be another US conspiracy quirk. Already one fake death photo is circulating...

Man this is scary. It eerily sounds like the botched rescue operation in Iran during the hostage crisis there in the last 70s. Good thing things worked out well for our guys.
