This is probably a vote against Vick as much (if not more than) a vote for Hillis

That doesn't really explain though how Hillis even made it to the finals, beating out guys like Aaron Rodgers.

I suspect a lot of people voted jokingly for Hillis "haha, let's vote for him just to see what happens" and it just took off

Or maybe, we're all underestimating Hillis

Hey, after the whole Lebron fiasco, Cleveland needs a hero. I sure as hell have been voting for Hillis this whole time. ;)

In the end does it even matter? IT really means nothing.

A power back like hillis won't need the madden curse to break down. Not many of these guys are productive for more than a couple of years.

Call me when Hillis has a 370 carry season. That is when he'll be breaking down. Until then, eat his shorts.

BUT...I voted FOR Vick because I'm against him! He needs another broken leg!

I voted for Hillis in every round because he's not the prototypical NFL star, and he plays for the daggone BROWNS who get zero love. And he's fun to watch -- but like Alstott, I fear he'll be beat to a pulp pretty quickly.

Alstott lasted a long time my man.

Yeah. Alstott had a great career, but every time I hear his name, I rage over the blown goal line call.

I KNOW I hate that game! I am still pissed about it.
