I remember when I was a moderator for a Tampa Bay Buc's forum. You have to rule with an iron fist. Sometimes you need to randomly ban people for no reason. Bottom line if people fear the mods you'll have good behavior at an all time high. None of this understanding and agree to disagree crap that Matty and Smoot are selling.
