The man who fans share so many diversified opinions is calling it quits. (again) Love him or hate him, I always dreaded the Redskins having to face his Giants teams of the 80's.

More time for the ponies now. He's got a summer place near me, I've never seen him myself but he's always out and about in the summer here.

Miles from Miami, Saratoga racing puts everyone - even Bill Parcells - at ease (http://www.palmbeachpost.com/sports/miles-from-miami-saratoga-racing-puts-everyone-even-841732.html)

Ahhh....good old Billy P.
One of the greatest nemesis's we ever had.
I'll always remember him patrolling the Giants sidelines back in the old days.
Screaming and yelling, grabbing players by the jersey, throwing his headphones....classic football.

^^ now that his time is free form the rigors of life in the NFL, maybe you'll have the opportunity to get a glimpse of him during your travels.

I always referred to Parcells as the "master manipulator"...using words and phrases that would often awkwardly embarrass his players into performing at a high level. I wish him good luck and good health in his retirement.

I loved how he always referred to T.O. as "the Player."

Man Parcells hurt us in the '80's, but you had to respect him. Even now he hurts us some as many of the Cowpokes best players today are Parcells acquisitions.

Tuna's retirment announcements mean about as much as Favre's...I will believe it when he's dead.

The Tuna was one of "the great" coaches. Everyone talks about Bill Walsh, but people forget who kicked Walsh's 49ers ass, none other than "the tuna". I personally like him and respect him.

He will definitely enjoy his time off and eventually make his way to making big money on TV as a football analyst.
He will eventually miss being part of a team. Parcells knows how to quickly put together a winning football team and he would make a great GM or top FO person. Besides being a good coach, he is a good talent evaluator.

Well he'll be a draft analyst on ESPN next week, and there could be more down the road

Mostly, just don't bring up passing on Matt Ryan or using a 2nd rounder on Pat White.
