Lets get Josh Portis. Guy won the Heisman for me back in the day during NCAA 08.I'm not sure if your joking or not but Josh Portis is high on my UDFA QB list too.

I watched a couple of his California (PA) games on ESPN3.
They did a good job of actually coaching him into a rhythm passer.
