Haynesworth Facing Various Assault ChargesAlvin Walton 02-15-2011, 08:15 AM Is this all bogus to help manufacture his release from the team. Take off the tinfoil hat. Terpfan76 02-15-2011, 10:32 AM Can we trade him to the CFL? That would be awesome. But in all honesty, if we can't get anything for him, and I mean, I'd take a 7th rounder and a box of Nutty Bars for him right now, then keep him and make him inactive each week. Just tell him to stay home, don't come to practice, don't show up...period. I agree that we can not give in to these kinds of players. It was huge mistake signing him, we can all agree with that. Ruining what is left of his career would be great. And it's Sean Gilbert 2.0, not Stubblefield lol... Ruhskins 02-15-2011, 10:46 AM Can we trade him to the CFL? That would be awesome. But still, I don't get the whole "let's ruin his career" argument. The guy has pretty much done that to himself. Even if you sit send him home, he'd be news in the area and players are tired of this: "Dan Steinberg Phil Daniels on Haynesworth: "You're kind of tired of hearing his name come up." http://wapo.st/fz801G" Personally, I think it should be up to the league to suspend him the same way Vick, Stallworth, and Chris Henry were suspended. skinsfan69 02-15-2011, 11:20 AM Who the hell asks a waitress can they put the credit card in their bra? AH can't even get out of his own way. The W Hotel isn't The Camelot. It's so time to cut him and move on. Enough already! Actually, sometimes it does, Albert. skinsguy 02-15-2011, 11:38 AM Haha..but she DID say yes. I guess he lives life by the theme "it doesn't hurt to ask". Actually, sometimes it does, Albert. This is true. I guess some of these guys with deep pockets think that they can buy anyone they want, but sometimes the price is a lot steeper than the dollar amount they have in the bank. Dirtbag59 02-15-2011, 11:45 AM I'm actually in town for a job interview. My first visit to the DMV in a long time and after driving on the roads yesterday I can see why Haynesworth assaulted a motorist. Not saying it's right but certainly shouldn't be surprising. People zooming past you (and I'm a 10 mph over the speed limit type), then when you get in the right hand lanes to catch your breath you're fortunate enough that people don't tailgate you. However they certainly love sitting in your blind spot. Speeding up when you speed up, then slowing down when you slow down. I swear if I didn't know any better I'd say I was being followed by a very sloppy private investigator. Combine that with the cold glum looks on the faces of those dealing with insane cost of living prices and suddenly I find myself a little less eager to bring my A game to this interview. I mean sure it's nice to see Redskins and Capital jerseys for sale in local stores, and the buildings are in amazing condition (and this is coming from someone that grew up in a rich suburb in Atlanta) but I'm seriously starting to wonder if I was lucky that my family moved away when I was young. firstdown 02-15-2011, 11:57 AM I'm actually in town for a job interview. Never understood how people could deal with that crap everyday just to get to work. CrustyRedskin 02-15-2011, 12:26 PM Who the hell asks a waitress can they put the credit card in their bra?
