Drive killer. He drops too many bug play passes. I know he caught a lot this year, but he killed us too many times. Too worried about running before catching. Thank him, and let's move on. We need to get a big body receiver in to go along with Armstrong, maybe Banks.
Uncharacteristic year for drops. Looking at the roster we had zero depth. I clapped when Galloway was let go but I did scratch my head at DThomas some but playing in all 16 games at 31 and making a push to be considered for pro bowl- how can we turn on Moss? We are a team of midgets but Moss gets it done.

I don't think that keeping Moss means that we won't get a #1 WR. Moss is a slot guy and since he would prob not command a lot of money, I'm sure the team could easily keep him and add that #1 WR (if the team choses to keep him).
That would be the smart thing to do. Resign Moss and try to sign one of the top tier FA [if we ever get around to it] to help him and Armstrong. We wont find a receiver in the draft that will contribute right away with all the other pressing needs we have.

I didn't know Colt Brennan was a speedy wide receiver.

Who actually voted NO ?!!!!? $5 million a year- done. Why would we turn away the best receiver we have had this millenium? Age 32 ok, build around him but that WR screen of his and a lesser role and stretch his health/career out seems solid to me. Thats also not a lot of money to throw at our top receiver. Moss the Boss !!!!
$5mil a year is a bargain for Moss. We'd be stupid to let him go if that's all he's asking for in a 2 or 3-year deal.

If you are talking about Hawaii or this website, then you are correct.

I said yes only because the Redskins do not have enough draft picks to fill all their needs. It least we know Santana Moss is productive. There is no guarantee a wide receiver draft pick will be successful and I would like to see the Skins get away from going after free agents all the time and start building through the draft.

Moss the Boss !!!!You'd turn away the best receiver we've had this decade for the same reason you wouldn't offer Brett Favre a $20 million dollar contract despite a QB need: because the player you'd be paying for is available only in the past.
