Monksdown 02-04-2011, 02:19 PM So let me get this straight. If I were to price gouge you, charge absorbent fees for you to park at home, and then try to make arrangements in surrounding areas so you couldn't by pass those fees, provided you with unethical business services (vendors), banned you from voicing your opinion (signs) while allowing paid sponsors to give out signs, charged you for a "fan appreciation day" and stiff you with any other gimmick I could all to squeeze a extra buck out of you while running your favorite team into the ground, you would STILL have my back all because I was a Redskins fan??....lol
Either you are a saint or you are full of absolute shit. I'm going to go with the latter.
NO, chances are you would help that individual beat the hell out of me and I would deserve it to.
How about if another Redskins fan ****ed your wife or got your girlfriend pregnant? Would you still have their back? Not the same, but the point being is you generally don't back people that have wronged you. It's human nature.
Other than impregnate my girlfriend, which id be cool with because the child support would be ridiculous, he already does all of that to me. And here i am, supporting him. He's a redskins fan, so am I. He's made huge mistakes in the past 10 years. Me too. I forgive him. He's being him. I'm not mad at you for being you.

Do you feel the same way about our politicians and the fact we are all Americans?
Your mindset reminds me of the battered wife. She constantly stays with him forgiving him of his continual "mistakes" with the belief he'll change. I guess I'm not tolerable as you are, which can sometimes be a good trait I suppose.

And you remind me of a battered wife that complains and still goes back home ? Dude you're not tolerable so you argue but still get your ass kicked only to go back home but just talk shit to your friends about how you're gonna leave his ass if he hits you one more time.

That made no sense. I'm not supporting Dan in this situation. He's only making himself look like a bigger jackass in all of this, not the fan base.
MonkFan4Life 02-04-2011, 02:40 PM True you're right he shouldn't have responded in the first place but you complain about being a fan but you're staying a fan ?
Dirtbag59 02-04-2011, 02:43 PM The best thing for Snyder right now would be to come out, and apologize for overreacting to the article. Come up with some crap about how he was frustrated that the team was only 6-10 and he misplaced his anger. Whatever just get this crap to go away and stop being a vindictive prick or better yet he should sell the team to Ted's group if the satirical pieces bother him this much.

I can vote for politicians; Dan being the owner is something i will have to live with for the duration of my life. So i'm buying in now, because he WILL get it right. Statistically i would think it would be probable that in my lifetime he does right by me and gets us a lombardi. I'm jumping on the bandwagon now. When his stock is lowest.
juskins 02-04-2011, 02:46 PM Dan Snyder is still ----ing with this organization by claiming he has been defamed with the caricature of his likeness.
Did he ever consider that his law suit would have a negative reaction on everything dealing with this team that has taken place thus far? This compares to signing the "has been talent" in his early years. Throwing money out the window to lazy athletes. Having Vinny around to kiss his rear-end by taking on the negative reactions that should have been aimed at Dan.
How can someone publicly say that he support Dan Snyder? Dan is selfish, and, not one of us. If the Supreme Court abolishes the namesake of this team, Dan will be blamed for it because he brings shit down on this organization because he does not think before filing bone-headed law suits or spending beyond a player's worth. He says he's disappointed with Albert Haynesworth, but he turns around and opens his mouth about being negatively characterize as an incompetent businessman.
Your negativity and love for the Washington Redskins has put the Redskin nation in another down-spiral. Please think before engaging your love for this team.
Ruhskins 02-04-2011, 02:52 PM I hate to be political, but I find it funny that everyone complains about Snyder's antics, yet a good portion of this country and a political party continues to support legislation/loopholes that cut taxes on rich people like Snyder and helps them get even richer. And what I am trying to say is, what else do you expect from a rich and powerful person? I'm sure all rich and powerful people in this country are not like them, but probably a lot of them are.
That being said, while I do think Snyder has overreacted (but I'm not surprised that he did), I also think that the media in this area (and the country) tend to beat the dead horse over and over again in regards to Snyder and the Redskins. And maybe...maybe this article got a bit too personal. Yet I don't think Snyder can win this suit (although I am no legal expert).
