Amazing man.

I watched one of his old black and white "workout" shows about 7 or 8 years ago...he was so impressive. He did workouts without the equipment, but were insanely tough. Finger pushups and body-weight exercises. He was far more flexible than I ever could be too.


If I dare say it, the man was a beast. Very intelligent too.

96 great years. RIP, Jack.
