Gibbs needs to hire an offensive coordinator and just stick to motivational speaking for the team or something.... that was just rediculous. he hasn't cleaned up the mental errors, he hasn't fixed his damn clock management blunders. he always goes away from the run even if we're down by one friggin point, he completely forgets about Portis. the waterboy could've whipped up a better game plan and playcalling than that.
