I commented on that quote in my first reply:

I actually watched the NFLN networks broadcast of the Senior Bowl practices so I not only heard Mayock and the rest of the cast in that clip but I heard them talk about the prospects throughout the entire practice.

Also, Mayock like most credible draft experts won't change their evaluation of QBs based on Senior Bowl practices its part of the evaluation process not the whole evaluation process.
Actually the most important aspect of the Senior bowl for QBs is their interaction w/ their teammates and coaches and their interviews w/ team scouts and GMs.

Also, i thought we agreed to keep the convo cool don't get so worked up.
Did you see the explanation you asked for?
Your welcome.

HTTR!
Oh, and this is the clip i think you're looking for:
NFL Videos: Senior Bowl: QBs on set (http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-senior-bowl/09000d5d81deb36a/Senior-Bowl-QBs-on-set)

30gut, do you fly jet planes? Because you zoomed over my points by suggesting that there is protocol at the Senior Bowl. So you are saying that whatever Mayock said in the past is molded into concrete. Sorry, but your boy is close to becoming a sucksville resident! Let's move on to your next gotta have QB on your list.

You are correct, I did use the wrong link. But again, this link says it all: NFL.com Blogs » Blog Archive Senior Bowl: Breaking down North QBs « (http://blogs.nfl.com/2011/01/24/senior-bowl-breaking-down-north-qbs/)

I hope you are not offended by me driving home my point: Locker has bust written all over him.

BTW, what do McNabb and Locker have in common? Right, they both throw the ball into the ground.

The link speaks for itself, there are accuracy issues. The guy throws balls into the ground. McNabb throws balls into the ground. Do we want McNabb? Why no! Because he throws balls into the ground.

30gut, I appreciate you standing your ground but your boy Locker has let you down. He was flying high in 2009, maybe he should have declared for the 2010 draft. Just saying bro.

And no, I didn't see or read your explanation explaining why Locker throws the ball into the ground. Could it be he is pressing too hard? Nah, he likes throwing inaccurate passes.

No offense but you post like a child.
You provide many examples of how to post like a douche:
o make claims then when challenged post more claims with even less support
o Post the wrong link
o Whine about not receiving a respone to said wrong link, even though i responding to your wrong link the first time you posted it
o Don't have the courtesy to say thank you for posting the correct link for you
o Ask for clarification about a point which i provide then don't even bother to acknowledge it
o Create a long winded strawman argument involving McNabb yet don't even realize that if Locker is just like McNabb he's gonna have a good career

You did of good job disguising yourself as an intelligent poster but I see you couldn't keep up the fake.
I should have taken the first hint that you had no clue what you're talking about.
You're right Locker is just McNabb thanks for clearing that up for me.
Hail!
It amazes me how fans like you can develop such strong negative opinions about prospects by listening only to the opinions of the wrong draft "experts."
You've given me a great reminder of why I don't need to post in these forums anymore.

And for that i thank you.
Hail!

Don't bother responding to this post b/c i won't be responding to any of yours.

Whoa, juskins burning bridges with another member, not a surprise. I've made mistakes etiquette-wise myself, but he takes it to another level with the triple-combo of not reading counterpoints well, fallacious reasoning ,and douchiness.

Talking about a desperate counter-point argument you are trying to mustard up for QB Locker in the 1st or 2nd round - you are going to whatever means it takes to drag me through the mud.

BTW 30gut, I have come across yet another critique of Locker by Russ Lande of The Sporting News tabloid and their web site. Here is Lande's summation of Locker: Videos - NFL - Sporting News (http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/video/video764177470001)

Listen, if I were the only one hoping that the Skins would forget the likes of Locker then I would just shut up and move on. I know you said you watched him longer than anyone else on these boards and have a favorable impression of his abilities. But, I am not the only one who is wondering whats with this guy. Can you set me straight - put me in my place, if you will. I don't want to rain on your parade, 30gut, but if this is the guy you think is ready for prime time then you alone know this guys game and can tell me, and maybe others, that all is good with him and Locker will come through for us.

I know you don't consider Russ Lande's opinion worth anything but Lande and others are saying the same basic thing: accuracy is missing in Locker's game.

So now you want to take your marbles and go home because you had your feelings hurt! Our cyber friendship should not end on a negative note, 30gut. This is what it is all about, airing out your true beliefs in someone you consider to be worthy of a 1st or 2nd round pick in this year's draft.

Happy Saturday to you, SirClintonPortis. Its good to have you aboard. I don't want to get into making a fool of myself by spewing negative name calling.

So again, enjoy your day here at The Warpath and make it a nice day for yourself. Stay positive my cyber friend.

Did Russ Lande really say that Locker could slip into the third round?

That has to be the most moronic statement I have heard so far this year from all of the so called "draft experts."

How does that clown have a job? He is an imbecile.

All it takes is one coach to be convinced that he can solve Locker's pocket awareness and quick read ability and they will pull the trigger starting in the mid to late first round.

Or take a coach like Shanahan who loves getting his QB out of the pocket? No one should be surprised if we reach on him at #10.

Locker is so damn good with regards to accuracy when he gets out of the pocket it's flat out amazing that he struggles with accuracy in the pocket.

This is the type of problem an NFL coach sees as an incredible opportunity to mold a freakish talent with all the intangibles and upside you could ask for into a star.

Locker's upside is enormous. Period.

Yes he is high risk because accuracy issues in the pocket are a real problem, but he already has several elite level skill sets.

This type of player gets drafted early. Every time.

In any sports league for that matter.

He needs to start showing some of that ability in the game... things not looking all that impressive to this point.

After scouring through all 9 teams' forums ahead of us in the Draft... NO ONE is talking about Locker. That's not due to his less than spectacular performance in the Sr Bowl, just no interest. Arizona fans, who I didn't think were trade partners, really like McNabb and Palmer. It just looks like everyone wants pass rushers. One way to negate a QB league is to put them on their collective ass. Carolina fans like Mallet, and Bills fans like Newton.

Let me clarify. Carolina doesn't want Mallet with the FIRST but with their second. They like some guy out of Texas A&M...... Von Miller. Sorry SkinzWin.
