Not to shabby. WaldSkins 01-19-2011, 10:04 PM Same thing here bro, These guys were already good before they got here. Moss was definately better here then he was in New York(Jersey) SirClintonPortis 01-19-2011, 10:06 PM 8 Games. 43 Tackles and 3 INT's. Not to shabby. Worthless stats without total number of targets and tackles made on RBs or after a reception. 44ever 01-19-2011, 10:10 PM Worthless stats without total number of targets and tackles made on RBs or after a reception. You can play that if you really believe that Hall sucked before he got here. But all you have to do is look at what he did in ATL. 44ever 01-19-2011, 10:15 PM Moss was definately better here then he was in New York(Jersey) Mmmmm, not so fast. You have to appreciate what he did in 2003 with the (Jersey) Jets. 74 Rec 1105 Yds. Thats just about as good as he was here. So again, He was already good. His 43 tackles are nice if it was charging up to stuff screens and RBs, but if he accrued them AFTER the receiver catches it, that means he lost that battle with his WR. 44ever 01-19-2011, 10:24 PM His 43 tackles are nice if it was charging up to stuff screens and RBs, but if he accrued them AFTER the receiver catches it, that means he lost that battle with his WR. Actually the main discussion was guys suck while playing here and then light it up when playing elsewhere. So we were looking for guys that came here and worked out after busting with another team. Hall does not qualify as a bust who turned to gold when he got to the Skins because he was already good before he got here. 3card tryed to showcase his talent in Oakland. You cant do that when he lit it up in ATL. SmootSmack 01-19-2011, 11:03 PM Maybe, but I don't understand why a guy would not want to showcase his talent if he has it. Could be coincidence but I wish we could pick up a guy who sucks and lights it up for us for a change. We have enough trouble motovating HOF type guys we acquire. Todd Collins. 44ever 01-19-2011, 11:25 PM Todd Collins. Good one, but in 1997 with the Bills, he showed he could play. In fact I always believed if given the chance he could have been a great QB. But yeah he qualifies. So there's one. |
