The schedule on it's surface appears favorable but, by the teams own admission, they struggle finding ways to win the games they are expected to win. No easy games in the NFL.

The only "easy" teams we get are 'Zona, Seattle, and Buffalo.

Of course, we could sign a ton of quality free agents this year and go 10-6 just like Gibbs II.

As of now you can add at least Carolina

Remember how easy the first half of the 09 schedule was supposed to be?

That schedule was ridiculously easy. We're talking WAC easy. Detroit, St. Louis, Tampa, and Kansas City. 4 of the teams that picked in the top 5 of the 2010 NFL draft. Carolina was a nice touch as well.

Even though the trend has been broken with regards to NFC South division winners, that division always has had a team that looks like a perennial loser only for that team to revitalize itself a year or two later.

If there is a 2011, based on the rulebook for scheduling, here are our opponents for next year:

HOME: Dallas, Philadelphia, New York, Minnesota, New England, NY Jets, San Francisco, Seattle

AWAY: Dallas, Philadelphia, New York, Carolina, Buffalo, Miami, Arizona, St. Louis

Redskins finish in last place, 2011 opponents set - Redskins Journal (http://blogs.fredericksburg.com/redskinsjournal/2011/01/02/redskins-finish-in-last-place-2011-opponents-set/)

The tougher games seem to be at home, though we've been a horrible home team lately, and those that should be easier are on the road.

If we cant muster up a playoff berth against those pile of turds we never will. Go Shanny Go!!!!
