Orakpo and Sellers are both first alternates. Alexander, Cooley and Fletcher are second alternates.

Hall's kind of an odd selection, although this was pretty clearly the most deserved of all three of his pro bowls. Made a number of winning plays for us this year.
I was critical of Aaron Rodgers last year, but seriously NFL? Your solution to having only one pro bowl spot for Mike Vick and Matt Ryan is to put both of them in and leave Rodgers out? Insanity, absolute insanity.
And Casey Rabach is wondering why Antrel Rolle gets to the pro bowl twice in a row in years where he is going to not be brought back by the teams he is representing due to poor performance. Rabach is at least as deserving as Rolle is. Not to mention that LaRon Landry and Quentin Mikell both don't get to go.
I kind of think Landry got snubbed. He only played in 9 games...that's just as many as Ed Reed, and he was better in his 9 games than Reed was in his. He was likely the second most valuable safety in the NFL after Polamalu this year. And the pro bowl selectors clearly did not value games played this season (Vick>Rodgers, Reed>Griffin, O'Hara>Kreutz), so that argument against Landry is complete bunk based on the rest of the selections.
He should have been our lone pro bowler.

Ware, Ratliff and Whitten are pro bowl regardless of who they for.
Our Alexander made 2nd alternate? That is unexpected.

Ware, Ratliff and Ware are pro bowl regardless of who they for.
Our Alexander made 2nd alternate? That is unexpected.Ratliff has 3.5 sacks this year, and no real pressure up the middle for the Cowboys. He's declined at least as much this year as Andre Carter did, and no one fancies Carter a pro-bowler -- though last year, he absolutely should have been.
Witten and Ware were deserving, and I don't have a huge problem with Mat McBriar being the punter for the pro bowl team, but that would make three Cowboys players already. The idea that they should get more than that is ludicrous.

Dallas always gets the players in the PB, It's a popularity contest.. It's a damn Shame 59 didn't get in AGAIN
I think LL got the most votes for a S but he's on IR so we would have had 2 guys

The Dallas players getting selected is kind of a mixed bag. On one hand it's nice to see players selected from a team thats below .500. Guys who would never get in on most other teams get selected simply because they perform well on an elite team.
Of course the fact that it was Dallas shows an obvious bias towards "America's team." If London Fletcher had been a Dallas Cowboy for most of his career with the same stats he would have set a record for Pro Bowl appearances by a Linebacker.
