^I forgot about Leinart...that might not be a bad option for us at QB. I like Davin Joseph and Mankins at Guard. I prefer Jackson in your WRs...but the top 4 are all pretty close talent wise

Heath Shuler 2.0, if not worse. skinsfaninok 12-31-2010, 12:41 AM Top 9 of each. QBs Manning Vick Leinart Matt Moore Seneca Wallace Tarvaris Jackson Tyler Thigpen Mark Bulger Alex Smith OLs Logan Mankins Ryan Kalil Robert Gallery Tyson Clabo Davin Joseph Doug Free Harvey Dahl Olin Kreutz Jared Gaither WRs Sidney Rice Vincent Jackson Steve Breaston Giants Steve Smith Malcom Floyd Santana Moss Braylon Edwards Santonio Holmes Mark Clayton This is not a system specific list, and would be re-ordered for the Redskins purposes (which would obviously bump Grossman up a bit due to system familiarity). These 6 are the best on the list that actually may hit the market.. Manning,Vick,VJAX aren't going anywhere. I also think we bring 89 back skinsfaninok 12-31-2010, 12:43 AM Watching the (insert random sponsor) bowl and am NOT impressed by Locker at all. Heath Shuler 2.0, if not worse. Agree, not very accurate at all God bless Lou Holtz but my god I can't understand the guy especially when he starts talking fast cdskins26 12-31-2010, 12:56 AM Watching the (insert random sponsor) bowl and am NOT impressed by Locker at all. Heath Shuler 2.0, if not worse. every pass is out of bounds. lets draft a winning quarterback. preferably ryan mallett. GTripp0012 12-31-2010, 01:28 AM The guy who would be really, really good here as quarterback is Carson Palmer. With that said, you can't make the Bengals give him up for a really small pricetag. And it wouldn't make sense if they actually wanted to get return on their investment. But the Bengals are cheap, and if they actually do plan on drafting Ryan Mallett to jumpstart a rebuilding project, they'd essentially take little value to sell Palmer's contract. So you could get a very valuable QB for a fourth round pick, and in the process, help set the market for McNabb. Alternatively, I think that Chad Henne could be a nice target in a McNabb deal. Miami gets McNabb. We get Henne and a sixth round draft choice. I don't think he'd be as good of an acquisition as Palmer. But better and cheaper than, say, Kyle Orton. DGreene28 12-31-2010, 02:01 AM every pass is out of bounds. lets draft a winning quarterback. preferably ryan mallett. He's throwing passes out of bounds because none of his receivers can get open... He's doing a nice job managing the game. He reminds me of a tougher, less accurate Steve Young. I think he's going to be a good one. We'll be lucky if we have the opportunity to draft him, and if we do I'll be ecstatic. Mallett cannot roll out like a Shanahan QB, I'd take Newton before him anyway. Wash RB Polk runs really hard as well GTripp0012 12-31-2010, 02:25 AM He's throwing passes out of bounds because none of his receivers can get open... He's doing a nice job managing the game. Locker struggles to command the football when he's not moving in the direction of his target. |
