Agreed. We need someone that maybe won't go on pissing matches with players, go on ego trips, and force schemes into players that are not naturally suited for it.

Also we need a coach that realizes that our o-line is GARBAGE. Because for the past three years the FO has acted like they are good.

The Bucs went 3-13 or something like that last year right? When the new coach came in there and cut half the roster that year and alot of the known vets on defense they had. ESPN was all over them for doing that ALL year long.

I like Harbaugh, but from everyone who knows that I talk to, even his biggest supporters, he's every bit as stubborn and egotistical as Shanahan
