There are people who echo what you're saying, people who maintain they would rather see John Beck because we haven't seen him in a real game. We've seen Grossman for several years now and the majority don't seem to be impressed with his abilities as an NFL quarterback.

Grossman won me a fantasy football title damnit!!!

One guy is impressed with Grossman's abilities...and his dad is the head coach.

I don't know that we have the luxury to trade up for Luck. I don't know what to feel about Newton. I don't think he fits this offense. But I'm telling you for 8 months now the name I constantly hear brought up is Jake Locker. That could all change of course but it really does seem to be the guy targeted by the Skins. I like him but I'm not gung ho on him. I think he may be a bit overrated.Locker is the low-efficiency player that fits our current offensive style. And if we're picking at 11-14, we might not be able to do better than the guy who best fits our system.

But I'm with you: Ponder 100/100 times over Locker. I think Devlin's pretty good too, but he seems to fit a strictly west coast short-to-long system. I'll be trying to watch him tomorrow to get a better idea on Devlin.

Amazing that today is the one year anniversary of this (http://www.myfoxdc.com/dpp/sports/redskins-vp-vinny-cerrato-resigns-121709)

And two years ago on this date this happened (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2008/dec/17/redskins-great-sammy-baugh-dies/)

Good Stuff SS....The photograph of Sammy Baugh is the way players outfitted when I first started watching the game. Think they would have anything to say about the kind of hits players take today? Hell, they didn't even wear face-mask's in those days.

But can you imagine if we changed coaches after 2011 and then had a second year Locker coming off a dreadful, mistake-prone rookie season? You couldn't find a coach at the professional level who'd be willing to take on that mess.

Steve Sarkisian in 2012! Because someone has to do it!

Yeah Devlin's ok, people seem to like Gabbert too. I think that's his name, from Mizzou.

So PTI just said Kyle doesn't get along with McNabb?? Now the truth is starting to come out.

I've watched Gabbert alot this season and he's a solid player but nothing special IMO

Luck, I think, is the unanimous #1 pick if he comes out, but I forsee Carolina passing on a QB when he doesn't, and trying to win with a second year Jimmy Clausen.

I'd take Foles over Gabbert
