We are acting like Donovan won 3 Super Bowls for us. We are benching the QB on a 5-8 team. People are assuming Shanny is done in DC, the team will revolt...it's all nonsense. Shanny is in year 1 of a rebuild. The only legitimate thing on the table today is that maybe McNabb is not coming back next year and we made a bad trade. The rest of this sky is falling stuff is the typical over reaction that happens here in Redskins world.


The reaction is due to the fact we wasted a 2nd and 3rd round pick!!!! I am on board with MS....but this has not looked different than the past 10 years in terms of personel moves. The did give him an extention that was built in our favor but we still gave up picks that could have provided youth on this team............and come on .......REX GROSSMAN??????? I don't think Shanahan is going anywhere, unless we are really determined to keep spinning our wheels, another HC change isn't going to help and will only compound our problems.If we cut ties with the Shanahan's at the end of the season, all we've lost is a season and some Snyderbucks. And Vinny Cerrato.

McNabb would probably make evaluation difficult, as his dirt balls and missed checkdowns results in missed player evaluations.

I just heard DM has been demoted to 3rd string.

Yeah I had brought that up earlier. However, Shanny has apparently clarified and said DM is #2 this week and then Beck will be #2 for the last two games of the season.

Grossman is remembered for the sack and TD in the Lions game this year, but really that wasn't his fault. Apart from that he did fairly decent in his limited minutes in the Lions game. I'm not about to label him the next Chase Daniel but if, if, this works and Kyle/Rex get this offense rolling...that will be something
