I would start by keeping our draft picks instead of trading them away. I can't imagine that another team over the last dozen years has traded away more draft picks than the Snyder-era Redskins.

Well do you want to be temporarily competitive and eat for a day or "rebuild" and eat for life?

we will be rebuilding but signing temps. so for example we will sign an eric wright or a champ and then draft a CB in 2012
