Good story...Lennon was my favorite Beatle. To say he is a legend is an understament in the world of music. Great humanitarian as well. When it comes to my top albums of all time Abbey Road is in there, The White Album is probably in my top 3...amazing production.

Sadly, we continue to struggle with giving peace a chance.
RIP.

Now that was a good article! When ever anything bad happens to me I try to play it back like that in my mind, like a time-line if you will. Just a few changes and maybe the bad doesn't happen.
Go back and read it and decide what little changes in his day on 12/8 could have saved his life.
I was just listening to and do every year around this time "So this is Christmas", I try to reflect on my year during the song and where I want to go next year. I can remember smiling listening to it some years and crying other years when listening to it. Powerful song!

I was only six and wasn't familiar with either him nor the Beatles. But now have almost all of their CDs. RIP John, thirty years later! :(
