WTF would I do without Redskins football for a year?skinsfaninok 12-01-2010, 05:07 PM Redskins announce full refunds for all tickets in event of work stoppage | ProFootballTalk (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/12/01/redskins-announce-full-refunds-for-all-tickets-in-event-of-work-stoppage/) firstdown 12-01-2010, 05:15 PM I just got another package in the mail to get back my season tickets and they said to come watch McNabb and had him on the ticket. So I guess they are going to take the option to keep him. If football was not on I'd just play more golf and go fishing more often. MTK 12-01-2010, 05:18 PM I wouldn't worry, I think a deal gets done. firstdown 12-01-2010, 05:48 PM I think it gets done with an 18 game season. My wife will love me watching the skins playing 21 games next year. skinsfaninok 12-01-2010, 06:16 PM LMAO Firstdown, Trust me I hear the same shit from mine! " All you do is watch stupid football" or " You act like your married to the Redskins" irish 12-01-2010, 06:31 PM I wouldn't worry, I think a deal gets done. I agree, there is no way both sides could be so stupid as to not play in 2011. Hog1 12-01-2010, 06:35 PM WTF would I do without Redskins football for a year? Hmmmm..........weekly, you could always burn a couple of C-notes and hit yourself in the head with an axe........ saden1 12-01-2010, 06:43 PM I would have plenty of time to play basketball and weather the winter weight gain. Right now I only get about 40 min to play before I have to make a dash to the the sports bar... it would be nice to stay for 2 hours. It's fun to watch a train wreck...I hope they cutoff their nose to spite their face. I of course will be back but losing the casual fans will hurt their pocket books and alright with me. firstdown 12-01-2010, 06:44 PM LMAO Firstdown, Trust me I hear the same shit from mine! " All you do is watch stupid football" or " You act like your married to the Redskins" My wife is cool with me watching the games and she plans stuff around the games. She enjoys watching the games herself but its a bit tougher with a 3 yr old. Its really one of the only things I ask her to plan around so it just not a big deal. saden1 12-01-2010, 06:58 PM My wife is cool with me watching the games and she plans stuff around the games. My fiance asked me how much football I watch a week...she was shocked by the answer and so was I. I figured I watched about 10 hours of football a week (Ducks, Skins, Huskies, Seahawks, VT, MNF, SNF, random NCAAF games). She tells me there will be better things to do once we are married and living together and I told her I only need 5 minutes max. |
