We come out on offense throwing the ball downfield, and running wildcat.

We dont see that the rest of the game. Either the D made great adjustments after that 1st drive or we just failed in the playcalling

...and how much of the disappearance of the Wildcat and our running game due to the "Let me carry the team on my shoulders attitude" of our QB for the next 4 years, I wonder?

What a good game Donovan would have had if not for the f*cking drop and Santana of all people. Damnit f*cking damnit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or underthrowing Armstrong when he was wide open or throwing a pick when on a drive we could have tied the game.

I don't know--there were times where the playcalling was weak, but still--how many crucial drops? Why cant McNabb hit Armstrong in stride for a TD? Why does Moss pop the ball up in the air when it hits him in the hands for an INT? Why the **** does Reilly block a guy in the back who is already beat? Etc. For all the playcalling, you execute these plays and you win the game.

Great to have old Rabach back in there! Really helped in the run game and with pass pro!

STFU About the underthrow to Armstrong...

FFS learn some ****ing football fella's.. Mcnabb cannot make a 60 yard throw off his back foot with a Defensive Tackle smashing him in the face.

I don't know many QB's that can....

I think everyone here is hoping Rabach is as good as gone come the off season. If we had any O-line depth, I'd love for him to be cut mid-season.

Basically we suck at home, fedex is not a good home stadium.. No one fears going to Wsh. We played hard today and our D allowed LEss than 20 again but it's about scoring and we can't do thatWe haven't been feared at home since playing at RFK. Fed Ex Field has never been a significant home field advantage.

We were sold a bill of goods and with the euphoria of a new GM we went along with it. A QB is only as good as the players around him, and that isn't saying much. Dropped passes like this is inexcusable in the NFL. Again the top receivers were Cooley and Moss. AA did have the most yards off of two grabs, but all he does is catch bombs, not good for anything else. This franchise is doomed to mediocrity for a long time. Some of these guys like Cooley are going to figure to pack it up and leave to try and get a ring before they do become the very geezers we tend to acquire via FA, and then our rebuilding we become just that much more hard.

Has nothing to do with play-calling nor does it have anything to do with McNabb wanting to do it all himself. It has everything to do with the lack of consistency, boneheaded penalties on special teams, and poor tackling on defense. It's basically summed up like this. As much as the defense making some good stops in the second half, all of that goes out the window when you can't stop a 41 year old man with a broken ankle before he runs for a first down. Offense has no consistency and when you're one-dimensional, you're not going to win many ball games whether if you're playing a 7-3 team or a 3-7 team. There really isn't any excuses. This team doesn't have the ability to win when it counts. Not this year anyway.
