Additional Captains, who would you choose?

At the beginning of the season, I remember Shanahan saying the players would vote for additional captains over the bye week. Here is a link to his process: Mike Shanahan’s 5-step process for establishing team captains - Redskins Journal (http://blogs.fredericksburg.com/redskinsjournal/2010/09/09/mike-shanahans-5-step-process-for-establishing-team-captains/)

So there will be an additional Offensive, Defensive, and permanent ST captain for the rest of the season. Who would you vote for and why? Remember, currently McNabb and Fletcher are the permanent offensive and defensive captains.

For offense, it's pretty hard to find one player who has stepped his game up to take that position, but I would probably go with Ryan Torrain (I admit I worry how CP would handle that)

On defense, Hall has made his case by being vocal and wanting to be put in the spotlight along with his INT's, but I think I would go with LaRon, his hitting and play has been controlled excellence every week.

And on ST, Lorenzo Alexander would get my vote.

What do y'all say?

Offense would be Moss for me.. Maybe Cooley

Defense is Landry or Orakpo. I love what Hall has done though

Trent Williams on offense. Brian Orakpo on Defense.

Lorenzo Alexander. Does whatever the coaches ask of him, and always seems to do it well.

On offense I'd go either Moss or Rabach, if only to get the O-line involved.

On defense, probably Hall. Part of me would like to say Haynesworth to see if it lights a little bit of a fire under his ass, but he doesn't seem like the type to respond to that sort of motivation.

On teams I don't think it's a question: Lorenzo Alexander. The dude sets the tone for the whole unit. For the other captain I'd probably go with Sellers.

I'd make Anthony Armstrong a captain. From what I've heard he's well respected in the locker room and I think it'd be good to give a relatively young guy a Captain's title. Plus the fact that he's worked so hard to get to where he is is a positive influence for other youngsters

All defense. Lorenzo Alexander. Landry or Orakpo.

Offense: Moss
Probably the most consistent offensive player for the Skins in the last 5 years. He doesn't cause trouble and he's a tenured veteran.

Defense: Alexander
The model team player. A quick learner, and pretty good at everything he does. In a word: professional.

ST: Banks
With him returning kicks the ST unit has somebody to rally around, somebody to give them hope and confidence. When they go out they know it could be a big play every time, and that makes them want it even more.

I'll have to agree with his post and especially what I put in bold.
