I'd make Anthony Armstrong a captain. From what I've heard he's well respected in the locker room and I think it'd be good to give a relatively young guy a Captain's title. Plus the fact that he's worked so hard to get to where he is is a positive influence for other youngsters
i second that, i really like what he is shaping up to be, and he seems to be such a great guy off the feild
on d i gotta go with d hall, cause with him it's all about his swagger he plays off of it and i think it makes him better, but laron is a really close second
and special teams i can't decide, intially i say lorenzo he is such a beast, he really sets a tone out there. and then there's my boy brandon banks, you can easily point to multiple games where he was the reason we won or were even close. i think at this point in the season he is the best thing the skins have going for them

Trent Williams on offense. Brian Orakpo on Defense.
Perfect.
I would lean towards Banks on ST as well as some others on here. Reasoning is because he COMPLETELY changed our return game. Not only does he have the rest of the team thinking we have a dangerous return game, the entire league is now afraid of our return game. I've said it a bunch of times before, good things happen when preparation and ambition meet opportunity. Banks is the prime example.

Offense: Cooley
Defense: Orakpo, no doubt.
ST: Leranzo Alexander.... hell if I had ot pick one guy on the entire team to be captain, after maybe Fletcher, It'd be LA.

Interesting. Rabach must be a leader in the locker room, I didn't really think that.

On offense I'd go either Moss or Rabach, if only to get the O-line involved.
On defense, probably Hall. Part of me would like to say Haynesworth to see if it lights a little bit of a fire under his ass, but he doesn't seem like the type to respond to that sort of motivation.
On teams I don't think it's a question: Lorenzo Alexander. The dude sets the tone for the whole unit. For the other captain I'd probably go with Sellers.Did I tell you all that I'm actually Dan Snyder?

Yeah, he is definitely well respected. Even on the field. I don't see it but I'm not the one with my hand up his ass

Guess thats whats keeping Rabach around... cause his play on the field isn't
don't have a problem with Hall, he does have the experience... though i'd would have liked to see Rak take a leadership role (officially anyways)
