This kind of reminds me of the Vinny-Sherm Lewis moment from last year (or many other Vinny moments of the past couple of years I guess). Where basically the ownership and the rest of the front office in Minnesota don't agree with the move but they've decided to just put it all on Childress now.

It's like they're saying "Ok, Brad, you think this is the right move. We'll do it, but it's 100% on you now. This doesn't work you have no one to blame but yourself and you can find new employment next year"

This rings of a Vinnie decision... ie the T.J. Duckett trade

By losing on Sunday did we better ourselves a chance to get him?

With the loss we are number 15 on the waiver list, if we had won we would have been 23 based on record and schedule strength.

If that's the case, then it would be interesting to know if Childress even wanted him in the first place.

what an asshole. no way does moss act like that in the new england locker room. but what really got me was the pass interference play where he 100% quit on the play once the flag was thrown. all he had to do was look at the ball and it was a td.

Childress is so fired. If they lose a few more he may not make it through the year.

I wonder if he was doing stuff like that to ensure that he wouldn't get retained by the Vikings next season. I also wonder how out of context those statements were quoted.

THIS is why.....Do we REALLY want to deal with this? Does anybody really see a positive relaionship happening with RM and Shanny?
WOW....we are trying to build a franchise for years to come, and we think that this guy is a good supplement to that?
There are reasons why the TO's of the world...RM's get passed around

If he didn't want to come back, all he had to do was refuse to sign a contract with them.

It's not like that sort of behavior is really out of character for him.
