Offseason predictions

Hey guys, on behalf of the NFLPA, I wanted to encourage you to have your voice heard and try to participate in the most important decision that can be handed down in the offseason: ending the lockout.

As I'm sure a lot of you know, we're under 100 days away from the termination of the current CBA. We'd like you and all other fans to sign your names to this petition (at nfllockout.com) to prove to the owners just how strong the outcry is for football next year.

Heed my words, If there is no NFL next year the Apocalypse will arrive on time for the 2012 Doomsday.Zombies will walk the earth, Vampires will lure all the tweens out of society, and then Goodell will morph into the dark lord Cthulhu.

Speaking of the lockout am I the only one who, every time there are news about 18-game season or games abroad, feels like yelling at the top of my lungs: MAKE SURE THERE'S NO F*CKING LOCKOUT BEFORE DISCUSSING ANYTHING ELSE YOU MORONS!!

An offseason thread already? We're still in season and in the playoff picture, BUT sure, I'll play. We draft Noel Devine late in the draft, and he becomes the next 1500 yard/15 TD Shannyback.

I hope they don't go to 18 games. I wouldn't mind an 18 week season with 2 byes and starting labor day weekend....but otherwise no thanks.

I agree Okie. Damn too many good young players gone for the season with the current 16. 18 will further damage careers for the short or long term just to make an extra buck. Greed is watering down the overall quality of the NFL product, along with too many yellow flags.
