Not sure this team can win 2 road games in a row, and until the offense shows it can score more then I'd say Detroit wins this game 24-17.
It's F-Ing Lions Week!!skinsfan69 10-28-2010, 01:08 PM Not sure this team can win 2 road games in a row, and until the offense shows it can score more then I'd say Detroit wins this game 24-17. Monkeydad 10-28-2010, 01:17 PM Skins 31 Lions 24 Skins are gonna blow them away but the lions are gonna make the score look a little better at the end! Did you post that from a Tandy computer? takethecake 10-28-2010, 01:30 PM I don't really think the AH/schwartz thing will have much of an impact on this game. This looks like it'll be a defensive game; the skins defense outmatches the lions offense (they may give up yards but will limit points and create turnovers), and the skins offense has shown nothing to suggest they'll put up a lot of points on sunday. I'm also afraid of Suh having a field day against our interior OL, but like last week, if Torain breaks the first level he'll have some good runs - I think he racks up at least 80 yards this week. I would love to say the skins win in a blowout, but there's no evidence that supports that outcome, and overwhelming evidence that this will be another close one. 50/50 chance skins win this. Monkeydad 10-28-2010, 01:39 PM There's a true skins fan! You'll get used to this kind of fan around here. I don't get it either. Glen Williams 10-28-2010, 01:41 PM Did you post that from a Tandy computer? Yeah. Wanna buy it? SirClintonPortis 10-28-2010, 01:45 PM Why do you keep referring back to GB while not mentioning what went down last week against Chicago? We run very well off that zone stretch play to the right. Not so well right up the gut. Chicago's d-line is weaker in the middle. Chico23231 10-28-2010, 01:48 PM I don't really think the AH/schwartz thing will have much of an impact on this game. If it becomes a defensive game then that would favor us IMO. I think this is gonna look more like the Texans game, a shoot out. I think the Skins offense feels like it needs to rebound after two rather poor game where we didnt take care of good opportunities. I think Shanny is not happy with what he has seen lately from the offense and could get more involved. The lions offense I think will be ready to play with a extra week to prepare and could get a lift with Stafford coming back. Lion Defense is not very good...I think we could see alot of big plays on both sides. SirClintonPortis 10-28-2010, 01:49 PM I'm not saying AH is dumb, but he is and always has been more worried about his role, and less about gameplanning, schemes etc(or so I believe). While he might have a little useful info, Schwarz will have an abundance of knowledge regarding AH, what motivates/demotivates him, how to get him out of the game mentally, etc. He still has to know the plays are and what is being communicated among the other D-linemen. If he can expound on just some Schwartz's more "popular" playcalls, that'll help out in breaking down the film they're studying.
