I believe this will be our first win in the AFC. The lions Will have a chance late in the game but will get shut down.

It would be great to see this offense score 30 and Donovan needs a big game. A win would have this team extremely confident going into the bye.

I really think he will. The line needs to hold up better than last week though.

Exactly. And the reason why we're getting the 2 against a 1-5 team is cause the oddsmakers consider the Skins a weak 4-3 team.

More accurately the odds-makers see the public seeing the Skins as a weak 4-3.

I would say it has more to do with the fact the Redskins have been in close games all season. 4 games have been decided by 3 points. 2 others 6 or less.

Something else to note: Skins are 5-2 ATS this year.

Which was the other game we lost? I know we were favored vs St. Louis so thats obviously one. Then losses against Houston & Indianapolis, who I thought we were dogs too in both circumstances... and I thought we were dogs in all the other games too.... making us 6-1? Maybe the Texans game? Were we favored?

He is getting pushed and hit a lot. If the line can dig and give him some time......McNabb can catch fire.
AND in McNabb world....he's due

Now, I don't want to turn this into a "we get no respect" type thread, because I've really been worried about this Lions game for 6 weeks now... and while I would not be shocked at all if the Lions won at home, do you think the coaching staff may play this up at all this week? I mean we looked pretty bad yesterday, but we're still 4-3 and going to play a team thats 1-5, can't run the ball and is having a hard time stopping the run... is anyone else a little surprised by this?

I mean I think that Detroit is a MUCH improved team (and they did beat Washington last year)...but I'm still pretty surprised by that

the line will change as the game approaches and the money starts floodin in for the skins..

I think we dominate this game respect or not coming off a 4 int game D.Hall is getting mad respect in the locker room and he says the right things. We will dominate the lions look for Calvin Johnson to have 3 catches under 60 yrds

The line's back at +2.5. This is such a weird game this week, for some reason.
